French-Georgian pianist Khatia Buniatishvili appears regularly at prominent music festivals (BBC Proms, Salzburg, Gstaad, La Roque d’Anthéron) and distinguished concert venues (Carnegie Hall in New York, the Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, the Royal Festival Hall in London, the Musikverein in Vienna, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, the Berlin Philharmonie, the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées in Paris, La Scala in Milan, Suntory Hall in Tokyo and the NCPA in Beijing). She has performed with numerous internationally renowned conductors such as Zubin Mehta, Placido Domingo, Kent Nagano, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Paavo Järvi and Vladimir Ashkenazy, and with orchestras around the world. Khatia Buniatishvili’s recital continues the series of exciting piano recitals at the Turku Music Festival.
